Legacy Development Company has the expertise and flexibility to build new homes from your floor plans, one of our stock plans or something in between. We can also start from scratch to design a home together that is perfectly suited to the wants and needs of you and your family.

As a custom builder, we have constructed new homes both on our clients' land and on lots we have available in new home subdivisions throughout the greater Raleigh area. We are currently building new homes in the Sunset Manor subdivision from the $500's in Rolesville, NC.
